Job Description/Key Result Areas

  • To assist in the recruitment process of employees.
  • Deal with establishment functions including processing of transfers/promotions/leaves etc.
  • To assist in the processing of retirement /resignation cases.
  • To conduct Training Need Analysis of the executives on the basis of the annual appraisal reports.
  • Process internship requests received from different institutions.
  • To process complaints; internal and external, against employees.
  • To assist in the preparation of replies on HR issues for President’s Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Secretariat, National Assembly, Senate and other government departments.
  • To draft replies/MD notes on relevant establishment matters and agendas for HR Committee and BOD.

Job Description/Key Result Areas

  • Deal with establishment functions including processing of leave, attendance, overtime, etc. through manual and biometric system. Process medical reimbursement bills of staff.
  • Processing of enlistment/delistment of Doctors / Hospitals for Company panel and negotiate corporate rates with them.
  • To monitor and prevent abuse of free medical/gas facility.
  • Deal matters relating to formalities of new appointees, retirees / other mode of separation cases etc.
  • Preparation of budget proposals, engagement of casual individuals and payment of salaries thereof.
